Preparing meals are the basic necessity for humanity. it's hard to imagine a person who does not eat cooked food. Even today it is still important in our lives. A properly cooked meal also has many benefits and meanings to it. Such as:

To create a family-friendly environment: A family meal brings us closer to our family members. Many parents are realizing the importance of a quality family-time at the dinner table. Often, this is the only time when all family members are all together in one place at the same time. When a family sits down together, it helps them handle the stresses of daily life and the hassles of the day-to-day lifestyle.

For children to socialize: Experts say children learn everything little by little. If dinnertime is an interesting time of the day for your child, for example: he/she will learn how to sit at a dinner table, and explain about "How was his/her day today?" and "What was the best thing that happened today?" learn to communicate with one another, learning how to listen, and learning to respect each other. Also learn to divide tasks and chores in the household, so that the Mom can get assistance in preparing the food, serving it, and washing dishes. The chores and the joys of feeding, nurturing and cleaning up should be shared.

Making and keeping friendship: Sometimes sharing your food with your friends is very important to keep the close relationship. Food also helps you to meet new people. The best use of mealtime is to maintain your network.
Also, they say the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. Well, the same can be said for women, according to the studies.

In addition: We all love traveling. It composes of sight-seeing, meeting new people, and feeling refreshed. But the best part of it all is the food. Different places of the world have so many different unique flavors and dishes that you would never even think of. It’s so cool going to a different country and seeing how much you can tell about a culture and what they value purely based on their food.
