Ways to achieve your goal?
Until purpose is discovered, existence has no meaning…..
Therefore purpose is very important in our lives. Whatever our purposes and goals are, we should work hard to achieve them. Therefore I want to share very useful and helpful three ways to reach your goals.
First way: The physical act of writing down your goal makes it real and tangible.
Do you have any goals? If yes, write them down. Goals that are not written down are just wishes. When you write them down, some kind of magic will happen to make it become true. It changes the way you see your situation. What is more, you have no excuse for forgetting about it.
It is also important to post your goals in visible places to remind yourself every day. For example, put them on your wall, desk, and computer monitor as a constant reminder.This way, you will remember and keep chasing after your dream. In my personal experience, since I had worked at University, I have started using notes and calendar. That time, I had almost 30 notes. When I wrote my plans down, most of the time they became true, even though they were not on time they became true somehow.
Second way: Your daily habits help you to achieve your goals.
What is a habit? A habit is something you do daily without thinking much about it. We are creatures of habit. We all have days when we just don’t feel like working and exercising. But once, these things become your habits, they will be second nature and we do them without thinking. This works really amazing, if you have more useful, good habits, they will be tools to reach your goal.
That’s why, today I want to share with you the secret of implementing new, good habits in your life.Whatever new habit you want to acquire, just do it for 21 days. If you skip one day for some reason, you must begin the cycle again. The reason is, scientifically, it takes 21 days to adopt a new habit. That’s the average amount of time to take to re-wire your brain. When you repeatedly think and act, it creates stronger connections in your brain. After 21 days, it becomes second nature, it means it can be called your new habit.
Third way: Motivation is the energy which drives you to accomplish your goal.
Motivation is literally a desire to do things.
If you have a reason to get up early such as something you really want to do, you’ll jump up out of bed with excitement. The best motivation is a way for you
· to really want something,
· to get excited about it,
· to be passionate about it.
Motivation is useful for all types of success. Also, self-motivation is very important. Because you know yourself more than others. So each and every time when you go down, you are the one who can make yourself motivated by reminding your strength, the capability to reach your goals. Stay positive and keep doing what you are doing. Positive thinking is the key for self-motivation.
